Customized Evaporators
Blast Freezer / Blast Chiller
1. Applications: Low temperature blast freezing, blast chilling, carcass cooling, low temperature test chambers, cold and chill storage.
2. Details: Smart hot gas defrost, low temperature water defrost (-40), adapters available to increase air throw to 300 ft. Fan arrangements options include 45 degrees down discharge, horizontal discharge, blow through and draw through.
Spiral and IQF
1. Applications: Spiral chillers, spiral freezers, IQF tunnel freezers, carton freezers, critical process air handlers.
2. Details: Coils can be arranged for gravity flooded, pumped, direct expansion or brine operation. Horizontal or vertical air flow designs, complete evaporator coil - fan tower assemblies, side mounted, face mounted, top mounted. Fan diameters range from 20 to 48 inch.
